ALIGN + FLOW MEXICO RETREAT

Join Leah Kaplan and Linda Fenelon for this immersive yoga retreat at the stunning and luxurious Casa Tara Wellness Retreat, on the Sea of Cortez in Mexico.

Just imagine this…

☀️ Your days are filled with lounging on the sandy beach staring at crystal clear blue waters. Or maybe taking a kiteboarding lesson on nearby Ventana Bay (one of the best kiteboarding sites in the world and beginner friendly!). Or maybe a massage in the on-site spa is more your speed. Or…you can do it all!

🧘‍♀️ Two daily practices: Linda’s signature, sweaty, super fun Vinyasa flow in the morning. Then enjoy Leah’s workshop-style class to align and refine your poses and have MORE FUN.

🥙 Three daily organic, locally-sourced meals made for you with no clean-up required. All the coffee, tea, and refreshing filtered water you can drink, all day!

The Yoga

Wake up to the sound of ocean waters, but really wake up with Linda’s signature blend of intelligent Vinyasa flow, philosophy, fun science facts, and kick-ass-ness. Then, recover in the afternoon with Leah’s alignment workshops to refine and learn a ton, so you’re ready to go again in the morning. We’ll have the most FUN, while also stretching (no pun intended) your practice to new heights (and lengths!). All levels are respected and welcomed.

Yoga practice takes place in the two stunning Yoga Shalas on-site at Casa Tara. Both provide direct views to the ocean and are fully equipped with props.

Casa Tara

Casa Tara Retreat Center is a slice of paradise waiting to welcome you. Nestled on the Baja Peninsula along the sparkling shores of the Sea of Cortez, this beachfront haven is where breathtaking natural beauty meets tranquility. Imagine practicing yoga in one of their two stunning shalas, both offering uninterrupted views of the ocean—the perfect backdrop for a transformative and magical experience.

Beachside Cabins

These seaside bungalows are constructed from wood and olán, giving them a uniquely authentic design and feel. Four of the cabins have private bathrooms, while two share an outdoor bathroom. They each come well-equipped with a queen bed, A/C, private garden, and WiFi.

Food!

La Moringa Restaurant

All meals happen at the beautiful La Moringa restaurant on-site. This kitchen uses local, seasonal and organic ingredients to bring the authentic flavors of the Baja Peninsula to the table. Your registration includes three meals a day, plus unlimited coffee and tea. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase and are not included in your registration.

Getting There

There are two options for getting to Casa Tara Wellness Retreat:

  1. La Paz International Airport is less than an hour away! This is your closest option.

  2. Los Cabos International Airport is about two hours away but will most likely have a direct flight from major American cities.

Transportation from the airport to the retreat center is included in your registration!

If you get yourself to Mexico, we take care of the rest!

We can’t wait to see you there!

With love,

Leah & Linda
